FREE SHIPPING ON ALL US ORDERS
We offer free shipping on every order to all 50 US states. No minimum order required. No exceptions.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).

DELIVERY TIME
Orders are shipped directly to your door. Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary based on your location within the US.

TRACKING
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Use the tracking link to follow your order in real time.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your order date, please contact us at hello@pawhala.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue within 24 hours.

SHIPPING DESTINATION
We currently ship to all 50 US states only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost immediately.
