Policy 30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every Pawhala purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we will make it right no exceptions.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Email brahimboumliktechnologies@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include: Your order number The reason for your return (optional helps us improve)

REFUND TERMS

Orders under $35: Full refund issued immediately. No return required. We'll process it within 1 business day.

Orders over $35: Full refund issued upon return of item. We'll provide return instructions within 24 hours. 

REFUND TIMELINE

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and returned to your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 48 hours and we will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged item.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED

If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will ship the correct item within 1–2 business days at no additional cost.
