About Pawhala

Most résumés are read by software before a person sees them. An applicant tracking system parses the file into a database; recruiters then search it with the exact language of the posting and read the results in ranked order. A strong résumé that misses those terms sits below weaker ones that didn’t — where nobody scrolls.

Pawhala closes that gap. Paste your résumé and a job posting and it shows the exact keywords, skills, and phrases the role asks for, then rewrites your bullets to carry them — with a real metric on each line and nothing invented. The output exports as a clean PDF, plus a cover letter written to the posting.

The idea

One document, two readers: the person who wrote it and the machine that screens it. Written by you. Parsed by them. The product exists to serve both without compromising either.

Who’s behind it

Pawhala is built by Brahim Boumlik and operated by BBE Retail LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. It’s a small, deliberately lean operation focused on one problem.
